As an alumni of MSU Denver, I understand the value in diverse experiences and how they impact the way I do my job. I have done community mental health in both rural and urban areas, school social work, police social work, and acted as a foster parent for children with significant trauma. My favorite role is being able to change/ develop systems that fills a needed gap in services within a community.
