With 20 years of experience in the learning and organizational development field, I am passionate about creating impactful and engaging learning solutions that drive business results and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As the Director of Training and Competency Assurance at Venture Global LNG, I lead the design, development, and implementation of competency-based training programs and assessments for over 500 employees across the organization. I am also the Founder and CEO of Learner, Corp., a WBE certified EdTech startup that provides personalized and adaptive learning platforms and services for corporate and academic clients. As a Harvard Business School alumna and a mentor at several startup accelerators, I leverage my entrepreneurial mindset and skills to innovate and scale my business, while also sharing my insights and expertise with other aspiring entrepreneurs.
