I have a unique set of experiences working for one of the most recognised CPG brands in the world as well as leading the transformation of a mid size food manufacturer.
I spent 29 years @ Coca-Cola honing my leadership skills covering multiple segments, channels and customers. The majority of my time was in Sales although I also spent time in Insights, Customer Marketing, Operations, Commercialization, and Strategy. I also led the development of the Minute Maid division in Canada as VP Sales, creating an end to end entity within the Coca-Cola family. This is where I developed my passion operating with an entrepreneurial spirit and had tremendous success growing revenue and significantly improving profitability.
I then joined Select Food Products, a Private Equity led manufacturer of sauces, condiments and dressings. The majority of the business was co-manufacturing with some of Select’s own brands sold in Foodservice. As VP Sales, Marketing and Innovation, I was instrumental in developing a Strategy, building out an organizational structure and team to support the strategy, implementing a disciplined revenue management process, and helping to bring a more collaborative One Team approach among the stakeholders.
Results were incredible, bringing on a number of new global multinational CPG customers and launching a broker for foodservice. The results were significant including improved asset utilization and a transformational increase in sales and profitability.
