After over 20 years in various HR roles and the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of for-profit industries, I have made the move to a non-profit organization focused on environmental education and connected with the community. I have been successful at establishing new HR organizations encompassing of all functional areas of HR. One of my strengths is the ability to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to strengthen the organization. In addition to my HR experience I've ran a personal business over 15 years and have learned several lessons on resource and time management. I am an untraditional HR professional with my first life in the Communications/Public Relations world and a business degree.
