Meredith Tornabene, Upnotch Member, is the Director of Career Advising & Development at Le Moyne College. With 15 years of higher education experience, including 13 years at Jesuit institutions, Meredith approaches her work as a servant leader. She has demonstrated an ability to work collaboratively with a diverse population of students, faculty, and professional staff. She is passionate about helping students find meaningful success in their careers and lives through her extensive experience in career centers. She has led the office at her university for 8 years, managing a team of 5, and also serves as a career coach. Meredith would be an outstanding mentor to first-time managers, anyone starting in higher education, those interested in trends with Gen Z, or anyone looking to supervise or engage young adults. She is also seeking a mentor herself—someone with experience in higher education leadership, HR, recruiting, learning and development, or nonprofits.
