I am a Sr. Training Manager at Akamai Technologies, a cloud computing company. I lead a small but mighty team that oversees technical training delivery to customers and employees. I also teach Learning & Development courses at Portland State University and I serve as the Director of Professional Development for my local chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). I have expertise in training development, instructional design, inclusive learning practices, facilitation, team leadership, and leveraging training to improve business outcomes. I am available as a mentor and I am also looking to work with mentors to grow the skills needed to advance in senior learning leadership with an eventual goal of becoming a Chief Learning Officer.
