She has invested over $10M in single family rentals, multi-family apartments, and mobile home parks and over $1.5M in performing and non-performing mortgage notes on land and single-family homes. Her 20-year background in IT project management at Fortune 500 companies such as The Boeing Company and Alaska Airlines gives her a strong foundation in managing a banknote portfolio with a focus on details to maximize returns with minimal risk. She has won an award for Outstanding Leadership in the finance space and been featured on several investing podcasts. She is currently a managing partner at Eleos Capital Group, performing asset and operational management of a $50M mortgage note fund. She is also in the process of developing her proprietary due diligence and underwriting tool into a consumer product to aid other note investors with building their portfolios.
