Angela Erickson, Upnotch Member, is the Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement at Gustavus Adolphus College. With over 20 years of experience in higher education as both an educator and administrator, Angela brings deep expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, alumni relations, and large-scale event management. She has a proven track record in curriculum design, board relations, volunteer engagement, and is passionate about building community, driving innovation, and making a meaningful impact. Her recent work and doctoral research have focused on organizational culture and effectiveness, as well as change leadership.
