Gisselle Hernandez, Upnotch Member, is a Strategic Business Transformation Leader who specializes in driving global impact and cross-functional collaboration orchestration. Throughout her career, she has progressed through leadership roles. She has directly enhanced internal collaboration, delivering millions of dollars in revenue opportunities across the Americas by aligning field organizations' needs with corporate strategies and driving successful execution. She started her career in sales ops, founded a staffing company (which she later sold), and worked full-time at Microsoft, where she led the sales and marketing training organization for LATAM and was nominated in the top 4% of Microsoft employees. While at Microsoft, she also led a team of customer and field advocacy managers, who acted as the internal consultants, change agents, and strategic partners to the sales teams in the US and Canada, accelerating the company's service vision and go-to-market strategy. Most recently, Gisselle was a principal transformation manager at Citrix, working with senior leaders to execute transformative projects aligned with the organization's vision and goals. Gisselle is passionate about empowering young women in their careers and loves mentoring.
