Nicole Hawkins, Upnotch Member, is a Training and Enablement professional. Her career began in the fast-paced garment industry of Los Angeles, where she honed her organizational skills, moving sketches from concept to reality under tight deadlines. She then transitioned to Silicon Valley during the dot-com boom, advancing through roles in administration and coordination by leveraging opportunities for growth, evolving from a Training Coordinator to a Customer Reference Program Manager where I first started working with and really enjoyed working with Sales teams. This led to roles in Sales Enablement at Sumo Logic and Pure Storage where New Hire Onboaring programs such as the Sales New Hire Mentor Program, revamped onboarding playbooks which then evolved into managing programs supporting newly hired, promoted, and emerging Sales Managers in order to uplevel them to be highly effective leaders. I thrives on building and scaling programs that enhance productivity.
