Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across global tech companies and startups in product strategy and customer experience, helping teams turn customer insight into products that drive growth and better experiences. Much of my work has centered on personalization, discovery, and data-informed product decisions. I enjoy stepping into complex, ambiguous problems and helping teams bring structure, align leaders around a clear direction, and move from insight to execution.
