Dr. Robin D. Tellez, Upnotch Member, is the Health Coach and owner of Robin Cares Health Coaching PLLC, offering non-judgmental, empathetic and holistic coaching services to individuals on their journey towards optimal health and well-being. With an illustrious 40-year career in nursing across diverse clinical settings and specialties, including orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation, medical-surgical, ICU, high- tech home care, pain management, and wound care, Robin holds a multistate RN Florida license. She is also a board-certified Nurse Coach by the American Holistic Nursing Association, holding a certificate of completion in transformative nurse coaching from The Nurse Coach Collective. Her academic accomplishments include a doctorate in management in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix. Armed with extensive skills in telephonic nursing, patient education, and counseling, Robin delivers personalized coaching virtually and in person. Her dedication to the nursing profession is evident through her role as a nurse residency program debriefer, where she mentored and supported novice nurses in their transition to practice and the past director of nurse engagement and retention. Having recently retired and embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, her mission is to empower and guide individuals toward achieving their health and wellness goals while contributing to the advancement of the nursing profession.
