In her role at Cal Poly Partners, she led strategic HR initiatives, including revamping performance evaluations, optimizing talent acquisition strategies, and enhancing supervisory and compliance training. Her prior experience also includes serving as an HR Business Partner, where she refined recruitment processes, and as an HR Liaison for San Luis Obispo County, where she ensured alignment with Civil Service Commission standards.
