My experience working for global organizations has helped me realize the importance of diversity in backgrounds and cultures when building teams that make a difference. I consider myself a player-coach, working with my team, helping them realize their true potential, making sure they are heard, and earning their trust. I believe in the transformational power of technology, when done right and how it can change lives. I have a wealth of experience as a leader in Information Technology, with a focus on pre-sales leadership and bootstrapping new initiatives. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with customers on various SaaS, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation initiatives, helping them solve complex business challenges. The exposure to these broad perspectives and experiences has helped me grow throughout my career. I aim to make a positive impact on others on a day-to-day basis.
