She has over 15 years of human resources experience across multiple industries—including hospitality, pharmaceutical, defense, healthcare, consumer products, and supply chain. She has held significant roles such as Director of Internal Communications for a $2 billion division of Johnson & Johnson, where she also served as an HRBP and managed HR projects, recognition, and training programs. She was also the Director of Internal Communications for Marriott Vacation Club International and Manager of Safety and Health Communications for the Walt Disney World Resort.
