"Work hard, dream big!" – this motto drives my passion as an entrepreneur and ecosystem developer. As the founder of Local Foundation, Mezzegra Green Energy and the brand SimpleSci, I specialize in Project Management with Agile Scrum methodologies and hold certifications as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, in Agile Leadership, Kanban Design and SAFe. My experience also includes co-founding an international IT startup in Portugal and guiding various companies through Agile transformations. I am also was an Ambassador for Geek Girls Portugal, advocating for gender equality in tech and supporting STEAM initiatives (#WomenInTech). As a co-founder of Algarve Techub and former Vice-President, I contributed to building a vibrant tech ecosystem in the Algarve region, aligning local companies’ goals with community development. With my background in Psychology, I've spent years teaching and coaching in Leadership, Time Management, Agile practices, Communication, and Team Management, developing others to excel.
